After asking to connect an existing listing to the PMS, you may need to change your channel manager settings in the Extranet to complete this connection.

  • Please can you navigate to your property Extranet.

  • Open your property.

  • Click account > channel manager.

  • Click ‘switch to a new channel manager’ and follow the on screen instructions to connect to ‘myVR’.
