Check planned downtime for connected apps

Find out when a connected app such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Stripe or SiteMinder has planned downtime or scheduled maintenance, with the dates and times. Carries a status page link for every integration.

Lavanda connects to third-party apps for channel distribution, payments, access control, guest screening and pricing. When one of those apps has an outage or planned maintenance, the effect can look like a fault in Lavanda.

This article covers planned downtime only.
For the current status of Lavanda and its main integrations, go to the Lavanda status page.

What you need to know

When would you use it

  • You need to know whether a channel has stopped syncing because of an outage at the channel rather than in Lavanda.

  • You need to plan work around an announced maintenance window, for example a Keycafe window that takes key access offline.

  • You need to tell a resident or a guest why a payment or a check-in step is temporarily unavailable.

  • You need to confirm whether a vendor has published anything at all before raising a ticket.

Things to note

  • The notice periods above are observed from each vendor’s own published history. None of these vendors commits contractually to a notice period, so treat every figure as a guide rather than a promise.

  • None announced means the vendor had announced no downtime when this page was last checked. It does not mean none will be announced later.

  • N/A means the vendor publishes no status page that Lavanda can link to. It does not mean the app is unavailable.

  • Lavanda maintains this article by hand. The last checked date on each row shows when someone verified that entry, so an older date means the status may have moved since.

  • Every status page above belongs to the vendor, not to Lavanda, and opens in a new window. A vendor can change or withdraw its page at any time.

A status page reports the vendor’s whole platform. An incident there does not always affect the part of the app that Lavanda uses.

  • This page is checked about once a week, so it cannot tell you whether an app is down right now. The Lavanda status page is the place for that.
