It's been a busy month at Lavanda, and we've worked hard to fulfil our customer's product requests and beyond. Below is a roundup of our latest feature releases and product improvements!

Multi-language support is rolling out to our Beta Group now

Beta Group customers are now free to request full multi-language support in the DBW. We will be able to display various language options, enabling customers to select their language of choice. This will be a phased rollout.

Tag CRM inquiries to enrich your reporting

Tag inquiries within the CRM space with your chosen keyword, enabling richer insight into your leads while providing the ability to identify and differentiate between inquiries, e.g. a priority or problematic customer, floor and view preference, one vs two-bedroom unit, and more.

Significant updates to invoicing

We have rolled out significant improvements to invoicing, including recurring invoices for long-stay bookings. You can also raise credit notes and corrective invoices against a previously issued invoice, which will now appear with an icon clarifying that attention is needed.

Collect payment for longer stays with direct debit

Customers can now draw payments from their guests' bank accounts via direct debits. This includes SEPA in Europe, BECS in Australia, and BACS in the UK. Click here for a complete list of supported payment methods.

EDICOM-compliant tax reporting in Europe

Fully integrate your invoice reporting (including VAT compliance) with EDICOM for the purpose of reporting to tax authorities in Spain, Portugal and other European countries.
