Add SEPA Direct Debit to Long-Stay Monthly Rate Bookings

We're thrilled to announce a new feature improvement that makes managing long-stay reservations even easier! With this latest update, you can now add a SEPA Direct Debit to your bookings if you forget to ask your guest during the inquiry-application-booking flow, if you've created the booking manually on the PMS or Multi-calendar, or if you simply want to add it to a monthly rate reservation.

Add SEPA Direct Debits to Existing Bookings:

Adding SEPA direct debit to new or existing bookings is quick and easy. Simply search and select the booking summary page of the reservation, click on the Financials tab, and then click on New Payment. Select Add SEPA direct debit and follow the prompts to resend the link. Learn more

This feature also works with signatories added to the offer flow so that if someone creates an offer with a monthly rate and forgets to check the SEPA option, they can still add it. The email to set up the SEPA direct debit will go to all the signatories.
