We wanted to provide you with an important update regarding the Booking.com finance system, which will be conducting maintenance from 1st to 11th July 2023.
During this maintenance period, it's important to note that some of their financial services will be temporarily impacted if you currently have any active listings.
For properties receiving Payments by Booking.com bank transfer payouts on a weekly basis, we would like to outline the following changes:
Split Payout for June Reservation Check-outs:
Your June reservation payout will be split due to the maintenance period.
Payouts for reservation check-outs from 28th June onwards will be processed in one consolidated payment by 24th July 2023.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this period and appreciate your understanding.
Rest assured, the Booking.com team is working diligently to ensure a seamless transition, and we expect the regular payout schedule to resume by 27th July 2023.
