What's next after signing up?
You will receive an email invitation with your username and password with the subject line: “You've been invited to join Lavanda University via EdApp”.
How do I access the Lavanda University?
After receiving the email invitation, there are two options:
Option 1 (Recommended!): You can access the EdApp using any browser via this link: web.edapp.com. Your username and password will be provided in the email.
Option 2: You can download the app using the QR code or links in the email. Your username and password will be provided in the email.
How can I take the e-learning course/s?
You will find the courses available to you on the For You tab.
Click the course you want to take, and you will need to complete the lessons included in the course. You can retake any lessons if needed.
The lessons include videos, images, and text content for micro-learning. Follow the prompts to progress through the lesson or to jump to the next lesson.
Assessments should be taken if included.
How do I answer the course survey?
The course survey can be found at the end of every course: “Your thoughts on (the course name)”.
Slide the marker to select a response, and type your comments when prompted.
The course survey is mandatory to complete the whole lesson. Your feedback will help us improve the course for other learners.
How can I get my Certificate of Completion?
You will need to pass 100% of the lessons to complete the course. Your progress will be shown on the main page of the course.
Once you’ve passed the course, a certificate of completion will be available for you.
You can download the certificate by clicking the Download button on the main page of the course.
You can access all your certificates by clicking on the Profile icon and clicking the Certificates option.
