Go to the Lavanda Status Page.
Review the latest updates and current system metrics.
Any outages or degraded performance will be displayed in real time.
Click Subscribe to Updates (optional but recommended) to receive email alerts for any downtime or critical issues.
Additional troubleshooting steps
If you’re trying to log in but your workspace isn’t loading, always check the status page first to confirm if it’s a known issue.
If you’re having general trouble logging in (e.g. incorrect password, can’t access the login page), check whether your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is set up.

How to report an outage
If you’ve checked the status page and the issue hasn’t been reported yet, please report it to Lavanda Support by doing either of the following:
Go to the Lavanda Help Centre, and click the blue chat icon at the bottom-right corner to report the outage.
OR
Send an email to [email protected] with:
A clear description of the issue
Screenshots of the error or behaviour
Your browser type and version
Time and date the issue occurred

Always check the status page first to avoid duplicate reports.
Some loading issues may be caused by outdated browser versions or local network issues—check these first before escalating.
