How to check Lavanda’s system status and report outages

If you’re having issues accessing the Lavanda PMS—such as a blank screen, failed login, or the workspace not loading—this article guides you through the steps to check for system-wide outages and troubleshoot login issues.

Case scenarios

  • The PMS page is blank or fails to load even after refreshing your browser.

  • You’re trying to log in, but your workspace is not loading.

  • You want to check if there’s a system outage affecting all users.

  • You need to report a system-wide issue or outage to Support.


Pre-requisites

  • You must have access to an internet connection.

  • If troubleshooting login issues, ensure you’ve already attempted to enter your credentials and/or use MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication).


How to check Lavanda PMS system status

Step-by-step

  1. Review the latest updates and current system metrics.

    • Any outages or degraded performance will be displayed in real time.

  2. Click Subscribe to Updates (optional but recommended) to receive email alerts for any downtime or critical issues.


Additional troubleshooting steps

  • If you’re trying to log in but your workspace isn’t loading, always check the status page first to confirm if it’s a known issue.

  • If you’re having general trouble logging in (e.g. incorrect password, can’t access the login page), check whether your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is set up.


How to report an outage

If you’ve checked the status page and the issue hasn’t been reported yet, please report it to Lavanda Support by doing either of the following:

  • Go to the Lavanda Help Centre, and click the blue chat icon at the bottom-right corner to report the outage.

    OR

  • Send an email to [email protected] with:

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Screenshots of the error or behaviour

    • Your browser type and version

    • Time and date the issue occurred


Important things to note

  • Always check the status page first to avoid duplicate reports.

  • Some loading issues may be caused by outdated browser versions or local network issues—check these first before escalating.

  • If the status page shows no issue and your MFA is working, try clearing your browser cache and refreshing.
