Several new features and product improvements have been in the works at Lavanda already in 2023, and we're excited to announce a few of them below.
New document tab on Bookings:
Upon viewing a booking, the new document tab will display the rental contract per booking and whether or not it has been signed. To view the contract directly in DocuSign, resend the request, or check the signing status, right-click the three dots next to the contract. See how
Cancel a SEPA mandate:
You can now cancel a SEPA mandate, whether your guests need to change their bank account set up with their booking or the SEPA mandate simply needs to be cancelled. If you would like to make this change, you can do so on the Financials tab. See how
Adding links on the unit type level:
You can now add links such as video tours to the unit type level when sending offers to guests. When including the link for the guest offer, it will be displayed in the email under Additional Media and will open in a new tab. See how
