Chat threads now include an offer ID:

We’ve enhanced the chat function to display the relevant offer ID in the chat box when a guest replies to an offer. This means that when a PMS user sends out multiple offers, it is now clear which offer the guest is referring to in the chat thread. Learn more

Character limitations for marketing content:

We are making changes to the character limit on Marketing Titles and Descriptions. This will be applied on all channels, including Airbnb and Booking.com. Learn more

Add a DocuSign contract to an existing booking:

Users now have the option to attach DocuSign contracts to existing bookings, giving them greater flexibility. Please contact us if your workspace does not yet have a DocuSign integration. Learn more
