Lavanda University is your dedicated learning platform designed to help you get the most out of the Lavanda Property Management System (PMS). You can build your knowledge through structured courses, learning journeys, and live sessions tailored to your role.
Lavanda University is built on LearnUpon and is separate from the Lavanda PMS. You will have separate login credentials for each platform, and you can use both at the same time in different browser tabs for a more hands-on learning experience.

You must be granted access by the Lavanda Training Team.
You must have a valid email invitation.
You must set up your account using the invitation link.
How to request access to Lavanda University

Follow the instructions in the email to log in and set up your account
Note: Access to Lavanda University is managed by the Training Team and cannot be created directly by users.
How to set up your account
Step-by-Step
Open your invitation email from [email protected]
Click the invitation link or go to:
https://lavanda.learnupon.com/Enter the email address that received the invitation.
Enter the temporary password provided in the email.
Click Log in.
When prompted, create your own secure password to replace the temporary one.
Enter your:
First name and last name
Preferred language
Job title
Location
Save your details.
Once completed, you will be taken to your learner dashboard.
Your temporary password is only used for your first login. You must create a new password before continuing.
Note: Your email address is linked to your account and cannot be changed without contacting the Learning Team.
How to navigate Lavanda University
Lavanda University has four main areas:
Home – Your dashboard with assigned courses and live sessions
My learning – All your courses, learning journeys, and certificates
Live learning – Your scheduled webinars and sessions
Catalogue – Browse and enrol in available courses
You can use Lavanda University alongside the Lavanda PMS by opening both in separate tabs. This allows you to follow a course while practising the same actions in the PMS in real time.

Select a course.
Click Start Now or Continue.
You can also:
Click Start now to begin immediately.
Click Enrol to save the course for later.
Important things to note
Access is only granted by the Training Team.
Invitation emails come from [email protected].
Lavanda University and the Lavanda PMS require separate login credentials.
You can use both platforms at the same time in different tabs.
Automated notifications may come from [email protected].
Your email address cannot be changed without contacting support.
Courses may include required live sessions before completion.
Certificates are available after completing all course components.
