When you receive your invitation to the Lavanda PMS, follow these steps to get started quickly and securely.

You’ll follow this process if:
You’re a new user who has been invited to access the Lavanda PMS.
You’ve requested access from your team or admin.
You need to set up your account and log in for the first time.
Pre-requisites
Before you begin:
Make sure you’ve received an email invitation from Lavanda PMS.
Use a modern browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
How to set your password and log in

Step-by-step
Open the invitation email sent to your inbox.
Click Set your password in the email.
Follow the on-screen instructions to create a secure password.
Once complete, click Back to All Applications.
Select the Lavanda PMS app to log in.
Note: If you're not automatically redirected to the PMS, go to https://pms.lavanda.app and bookmark it for easy future access.
What is the “Allow offline access” prompt?
As part of a security update, you may see a prompt asking for permission to “Allow offline access” when logging in. This is expected behaviour.
Note: This prompt allows Lavanda PMS to obtain a secure refresh token so you can stay signed in for longer without repeatedly entering your credentials. It’s safe to approve.
Important things to note
Your invitation link may expire after a period of time for security reasons. If it no longer works, request a new one from your administrator or any other user who has the Admin user role.
Use a strong password that includes a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.
Bookmark the PMS login page to quickly access your account in the future.
