If you're having trouble logging in, first check with your team if they've added you and sent you an invite to the PMS. Else, please get in touch with your Account Manager to request access.


Are you trying to access the Lavanda PMS Login page? This is the correct URL to access the PMS: https://pms.lavanda.app/login.

If you're already an existing user and have trouble logging in and/or you encounter an error message, try to reset your password by clicking on the Forgot password? link and you should get an email notification asking you to reset your password.

If resetting the password hasn't solved it, check with your other teammates and have them send a message to our support team via the in-app messenger or get in touch with us here.
