Troubleshooting user access

If you're having trouble logging in, first check with your team if they've added you and sent you an invite to the PMS. Else, please get in touch with your Account Manager to request access.

Check:

Are you trying to access the Lavanda PMS Login page? This is the correct URL to access the PMS: https://pms.lavanda.app/login.

If you're already an existing user and have trouble logging in and/or you encounter an error message, try to reset your password by clicking on the Forgot password? link and you should get an email notification asking you to reset your password.

If resetting the password via the log in page hasn't solved it, check with your other teammates with the Admin user role and ask them to click on Send password reset for your user:

This is found on the Users page, by clicking on the 3 dots beside your user and selecting Send password reset. This will trigger an email to be sent to you to reset your password.
