This article helps you find the reports held in the Lavanda PMS, so you can open the one you need.
What you need to know
Reports are grouped on the Reports page under Analytics.
Go to Analytics, then select Reports.
Choose a group: Favourites, Finance, Operations, or Sales & marketing.
Select the report you want, for example Aged debt.
When would you use it
You need a set of figures to share or analyse outside the PMS.
You want to prepare report data for a presentation or for another tool.
You need to find a report and are not sure which group holds it.
Things to note
Reports sits under Analytics, alongside Real-time ops and Performance (KPIs).
Favourites is the first group on the Reports page, so the reports your team uses most are quick to reach.
The groups reflect the part of the business a report covers, which is a faster way to find one than searching by name.
